In order to better display graphic images and make it easier for buyers to browse, the default view for browsing files is now the “grid” style. The grid style provides less unessential attributes and just focuses on the thumbnail and image, making it more graphics-oriented. (Price and sales # also still appear.)

The default view is based on your cookies, so you may not see the grid view until your cookies refresh, but it’s in place for new users right now! I think it’s a BIG improvement to the site’s browsing, so I hope you guys like it.

Update: If grid isn’t your style, I forgot to add that you can still always switch back to “List” view by clicking the button at the top of the right column.

All files submitted (or resubmitted) in time have now been reviewed. With the input of the GR team, I selected six finalists and the voting has just opened. There were so many more good files that it’s a shame I had to limit it to six! Make sure you go visit the poll thread and cast your vote!

Hi Janthemanson! If you’ve filed a support ticket about this issue, we will definitely look into it. I’d hope that it’d go without saying that, as an ethical matter, one of our reviewers ever should take their own projects into consideration and I’m sure the reviewer in question handled your file without bias.

If you created a Support ticket about it we’ll be looking into the issue and getting back to you. I handle any reports or issues along these lines myself.
