I was confused because of this double priced system ( 2$+ ) so I didn’t noticed that this is really 50 times bigger price. I paid only 8 times bigger price on video hive when I recently purchased one file for my new music video which i produced so i didn’t know that here on AE is 50 x…

Lately I have been receiving a number of clients requesting dynamic websites (shopping carts, blogs, web directories, and social networks). These clients are convinced that they are going to be the next big ”.com”. They pay their 50% deposit, I deliver a solid product, I provide an overview, and then they get overwhelmed by the level of work and knowledge that it requires to run the website and walk. They don’t pay their final balance and then I have a bunch of dead projects. I’m sure others have dealt with this… how do you deal with these clients?

You built a social network and sent the files without before receiving all the payment? You should ask for 50% in advance, built the project, show it to the client, wait for the rest of the payment, and then send over the files.

Always like that. 50 in front, 50 after preview.
