I am asking for a little help here. I am using pictures of myself and friends of mine for my templates but still keep getting rejected. I keep getting that I need to submit a signed release form. How do I do that? I see some templates with “models” that I know for a fact that they didn’t get a signed release form. I am NOT mentioning names, but just would like to get some help so I can get my stuff up for sale again.

Everything is based on other people’s ideas. It was just a few weeks ago that Graphicriver started showing Mixtape Covers. It was ONLY 2 Authors doing it. I came around and was the FIRST to do a Mixtape Cover & Mixtape Release Party Flyer to go with it. My idea was that if you need a CD/Mixtape Cover, then you would also need a Release Party for that CD/Mixtape. So I implemented a Flyer to promote that Release Party. After “The City is Mine” Came out, almost every Author that does Mixtape Covers thought “Great Idea” and started adding a Promo Flyer to the Mixtape Cover Templates. I don’t feel like they stole my idea, if anything it help others.

Another Perfect Example: The “Super Bowl Party” Template I did. Everyone was so worried about Valentine’s Day and submitting Flyers that they forgot that Super Bowl was on that same month. I saw an open lane and now Authors are submitting “Super Bowl Party” Templates. I used the trophy as well as them but I can’t get mad because it’s not OURS and anyone can use it.
