The same thing also happened to me, I posted a thread also asking for support (if anyone else had the issue) and was told similarly to contact support. I checked everything was right (email and user account settings). In the end I just presumed it was rejected and the email was not sent to say so. If other users are also having the same issue, maybe it’s worth resubmitting.
Also still have not heard back from support after I sent them a message more than a week ago (other than the auto response message).
The chances are that the item has finished the review process, you may want to check your spam folder. The item may have been rejected as it has no appeared in your portfolio….
Thanks for the suggestion. However I had previously checked all mail through the email used, nothing. I even checked the server the email is hosted on to see if the email had bounced from my client, again nothing. I’m receiving emails from graphicriver and envato, so it should be an issue with that.

Not that it’s relevant, but here is the design I submitted. Feedback is welcome however even if it’s not up to scratch and would of been rejected I should of still received some sort of notification.
I’ve come across a strange occurrence with a submission of mine, I had submitted a business card design about a day and a half ago and all of a sudden it has disappeared without any notification.
Before I went to bed last night, the bar indicating how far through the process, was about half way, now when I woke up the item has gone without any email notification whether it’s been approved or rejected. I double checked my email settings and I have the option “send me an email when my items are approved or rejected?” checked and I also double checked my email to see if I missed it.
Am I missing something here?
