All that would be good and understandable, but I AM Anna = graphicriver.net/user/N.. , the authorLooks like support didn’t understand my letter right and gave me one of their template answers…

I am just guessing, but maybe is due some new feature implementation working wrong?
The “hidden” tab does not show (and yes, an easy joke can be made here
), and i´ve seen a thread regarding some profile changes that doesn´t work and, my item dissapeared. ![]()

Yes, i was looking for the same tab to check if it was some item issue; but there is no “Hidden” tab on my dashboard to check (so i guess there is no issue with the item)
The Blueprint action is there, no problem with that one 
I am talking about my last item (it was added today) which is related to the Blueprint action, but it only contains the 12 blueprint layer styles.
I will let you know what happened.
Hi,
I was recently browsing (not logged in) the Add-ons Tab on the homepage, and i clicked on my last item “12 layer styles” just to see if i got any sales today, but i see a “Page Not Found”.
So, I login to GR to check what happened, and the item is not listed anymore (i thought it was just a bug). Next, i check my statement and i see that the item had 1 sale, but once again, when i click on the item link, is no longer there. I know there is no issues with the item, because is 100% original work, and because i´ve not received any e-mail from envato (yes, i also checked the spam folder
)
I´ve sent a ticket to support (still waiting for the answer), but i would like to know if some of you have the same problem.
Any ideas?
