Messages For the Ground Crew – for those who need it. If it doesn’t make sense, it’s not for you, don’t force yourself to read it.
And please, stop pushing those who don’t understand what is happening. It contradicts what you preach – unconditional love. There is a reason why it’s called unconditional. Leave everyone experience their own reality as they wish. Enough with the fear – that you so strongly claim to oppose, yet constantly feed others with.
The meditation instructions, teachings and all “religions” have been given for those who want to practice, not to create beliefs and movements out of them.
I’m not practicing Christianity, yet it’s even written in the Bible clearly enough:
For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened. — Mathew 7:8
With that being said, there are generally two kinds of people opening this thread – 1) to convince others in their belief and 2) to convince others in their belief. The 2010-2015 transition has nothing to do with beliefs.
Time for me to go into the wilderness. Don’t be afraid and don’t feel bad if you are. Don’t run away from your darkness (you can’t) – integrate it all and then make a choice. Forget everything that you’ve been told. Enjoy the energy.
May all be virtuous.

what you feel
This really varies from person to person, as there is said to be about 84,000 types of formations that one can experience during meditation, as many types of people there are on Earth. So knowing this can not be of any help, and can actually be detrimental if one starts comparing experiences.
The general experience I have, is of learning more and letting go.

When you wake up you feel like it was real but you notice odd things after thinking about it for a while.
It’s interesting that many people think this is the wake-up state, and that the “dream” is less valid than it. Yes, when you think about it, in other words when you kill your experience with your limited, externally conditioned logic. Robert Monroe has one of the most recommended books on lucid dreaming instructions, haven’t read it yet.
Our mind is very easily deceived to think some things are “real” (or that anything is “real”). Most of us are conditioned by it to an extreme.

NikolaSusa saidYou’ve come to a very important insight about reality – that the mind is uncontrollable, impermanent and non-self.
Sadly i can’t..I find it hard(impossible) to ‘furn off’ my brain. That’s why i suffer from insomnia.
:c
That’s the nature of its existence, but some belief that you are holding, tells you that this is wrong. These wrong beliefs are exactly what causes suffering in life. In meditation we get to learn from direct experience.
I’d like to share with you this video.

And I think I will shift from coffee to warm milk + nesquick and tea![]()
Nestle is the largest producer of genetically modified foods, many countries recently banned a lot of their foods and harmful marketing. Last year they were sued for marketing the junk food Nesquick as a healthy one. About 90% of the food that you see in the supermarket is made of one of their child companies. Even L’Oreal is theirs.
They are also known to seriously abuse their workers to the point of torture. I don’t usually blow whistles so uninvited, but Nestle is a disgusting case.
Here’s a list of some recently confirmed genetically modified foods:
- Snickers
- Campbell – soups
- Uncle Bens – rice and ketchup
- Lipton – tea
- Mars
- Twix
- Cadbury – chocolate
- Ferrero
- Nestle – chocolate
- Nestle – Nesquik
- Coca-Cola, Sprite, Fanta, Kinley – beverages
- Pepsi – beverages
- 7-Up – beverages
- Heinz – sauses
- Nestle – baby foods
- McDonald’s
- Kraft Foods – chocolate, chips, coffee, baby foods

Coffee is not that bad raw and chewed, though raw cocoa is much better. But the way coffee is prepared, served and used today – probably not the best idea.

Actually, I am interested in this. I am usually having hard times deciding what to do or concentrating on the task at hand. I tried some approaches I read on the net but couldn’t achieve much so far. What is a good way to do it, could you share some methods and preferably URLs? Internet is full of rubbish and I’d like some working examples. (Preferably free since I don’t want to take paid courses and stuff)
In this post I have mentioned some links, along with a bit of a background and a disclaimer, so everyone can decide if that’s suitable for them, or not.
The only recommendation I can have is to make sure it is a traditional approach, whatever teaching it represents, and that the teacher behaves as the meditation suggests (i.e. you might want to stay away from a tired, angry or anxious instructor).
Yet, here is a simple Om video that you can chant along, to easily tune yourself into a frequency, much more natural than the freak-out state we are usually in. According to many teachings, Om is the sound of the universe that creates anything and can be heard everywhere. Bells produce that sound, that’s why they are so used in most spiritual practices. When you chant it with a calm mind, you align your energies (that’s why a straight spine is required, whether you sit on pillows, in full lotus or on a chair) and allow your body to clean itself – physically, emotionally, mentally, energetically. Doesn’t help you directly look inside what’s going on, though. But a calm mind is required in the first place, if one wants to understand things more clearly.
Here is another widespread form of meditation: Zazen.
I am also very interested to know, what types of meditation do others practice?

But how do you meditate? for me it’s impossible to not think in something xD
That’s exactly the lost skill that meditation helps you regain. Then you do everything twice as better. Otherwise you think of that little voice inside as “me” and do whatever it commands you to.

Yes, although not as much as I need. Any particular reason you are asking, or just statistics?
There is no single downside to meditation.

I listen to music on my own and think EDIT: Does that count?
There are various types of meditation, traditional, non-traditional, some use music, others don’t. The traditional approach relies on not using the senses (such as the sound-sense and the idea-sense), instead turning your awareness to the inside and getting in touch with yourself deeply. Depends on the purpose.
