Hi there, yes, sorry the rejection boilerplate is an example, but the file should really be 3.5×2 inches with a 0.25 inch bleed, so in actual fact it measures 3.75×2.25 and as Lance said, no critical design elements should be in this area.
Yes, thank you. But i uploaded this business card http://graphicriver.net/item/crumbled-paper-business-card/542682. And other two.. Others got rejected because of bleeds and this one not(size is 3.5×2 with bleeds without 3.25×1.75) . Mine BC template was the same in all business cards..
But now im curious about raster logos. why mine got soft disabled and other people just works fine…

It’s logo category, logo should be customizable, while rasterized layers are not… It seems logical that everything has to be 100% vector shapes.![]()
This guy http://graphicriver.net/user/pixellogo has like 1700 of logos and almost 90% are raster logos.
i uploaded a logo recently and it got soft disabled… Its PSD file, not a vector. === Why We’ve Declined Your Submission === 1) Rasterized layers are not allowed.
From when?
first i was interested in programming with C++ and delphi..good times.
But then my friend showed me a photoshop like 7 years ago, and its started
now i saw my problem, damn bleeds they are 0.12inch, not 0.25,
ME stupid, thank you

You probably didn’t upload it to the correct category.
oh yes i did…
I uploaded a business cards and the reviewer is writing :
To be accepted as a business card an item must be an industry recognised print size. The file here is lacking properly formatted print bleeds. An 8.5×11 inch file should have 0.25 inch bleeds, and actually measure 8.75×11.25 inches. Your background and non-critical design elements should extend into this area.
Business card 8.5×11 inches? Mine was 3.25×1.75.. Me stupid or just doing something wrong?
