Couple things that I would like to know when someone rate my items: 1. Who and what rating someone gave me 2. Description of the rating is a must and authors should be able to report them like comments

Some clients gave you 1 star only because you didn’t do some custom coding for free for them, but I believe everyone met someone like that already.

Authors should have additional ‘rating’ menu item (in dropdown) where they could see who, what and why.

One question: can I transfer my money from Microlancer to e.g. ThemeForest account and then at the end of the month withdraw everything or there is separate earnings account for Microlancer independent of Envato marketplace?

Aqua resizer will be accepted. I use it in my themes, works just fine. It has image_resize function just for fallback. If you’re using WP 3.5 and higher it uses wp_get_image_editor. This script is great, no problems at all with it. And in case of something bad happen Syamil will probably release a fix in minutes

I wouldn’t worry that much guys. If you can make agreements with CC authors then there is no problem. Let’s be real, they want to have sales as much as we (TF authors) want to have their sliders in our themes. I belive there won’t be any problems with get along with them in that matter. And since Collis said “In summary, an author can give a separate permission to another author to use their item in another stock item, under the extended license. What do you think?” we don’t have to worry at all. And I think that this is a good solution (probably the best right now without developer/stock license).

I would told him to GTFO and found another reliable and mature dev. I would give any developer 2 month max (in case of some private issues, sickness etc). If someone have prepared framework it shouldn’t take more than a month.
