I use 1and1 and I didn’t have problems so far, I also have been working for them for the last 4 years until May this year and I know for sure that they can handle this kind of problems, they have like hundreds of employees (and about 10% of them are good professionals ) Regards,

1and1 is great, but horrible customer service! One time, I got into an argument with a rep. and asked for the manager. I told the manager (Stubborn & annoying male. Sounded like Ben Stein, the guy from the Clear Eyes commercial.) you are charging me on both credit cards. He tells me, “well sir the payment has been processed and there is nothing we can do”. I told him, “I’m opening a dispute!” The A’hole then tells me, “well if you do, that will cause us to do a charge back and the’re are a bunch of fees we will let you pay”! I don’t like headaches, so I just paid. I know I shouldn’t have, but it’s complete BS.
