You can host them on imageshack.us or another image hosting service and add them from your Settings Tab. For adding them on item description, just add the html code to the description field from Edit Tab (when you are on the item page).

My approved items are visible on the first page (on “All items” view) only for few hours. If i remember well, my items approved last year were visible 2 days or more. So… now there are more approvals than the past months. It’s a bit frustrating for me.
