Yes I`ve done that but I asked the support team first. It took about a week or two to get a clear response from them but they finally agreed I could move my music from one account to this account I have now. Yaay!
File a support ticket stating your issue and I`m sure they will be able to resolve it. I hope it`ll work.
This is very “normal” for the support team to take.. about a week for a support ticket. It happened to me in the past.. at least twice. So it`s better not to count on it on a fast response. You will probably get a faster response if you post a thread
