I have faced 12 rejection while i am uploading my first logo .Use these 10 do list ,when you upload a logo .. This is not a better list , but somebody needs this….......
1. Make logo as EPS 10 Version
2. Make logo as out line and non outline
3. Help file with good discription
4. Font linking
5. use only Editable solid transparent layer
6. keep Distance between logo and text
7. Insert only orginal adobe icons in Preview image
8. Special care for unusual abstract logo object
9. use CMYK color mode
10. Special care for color combinations

Yeah that’s true.
One more thing logo shouldn’t be complex and also one should simplify the logo using so to remove the redundant points in it. Also check it how it will look when it is rescaled to very low size.
Also right font selection is very important while considering the design of the logo.
