So far I know, yes as long it is included inside another project. For instance a rotator with extended licence might be resold with a template. That’s one of the reasons I opted out and anyway the multiplier is so low that there is no revenue at all.

if I’m not mistaken the extended license is for use in a commercial product that will be resold and that includes the item purchased here as part of that commercial product. Meaning that one can’t purchase an item and then place it for resale “as it is” neither on this marketplace or anywhere else.
So the item can be resold as part of another product but not as it is. If this product can be sold on this marketplace i have no idea, I think probably not.

No, they can’t. The extended license is for ONE project. For example, they could buy it and put it on 1000 dvd’s that they distribute. If they resell it, it ends up on 100’s of different projects. There’s no way we’d undervalue your work like that.

Extended license went from too expensive (50x) to way too cheap (5-10x).
Its time for this to be calibrated properly, and its definitely a time for extended license per file option.
I have removed my extended licenses after I got an extended license sale on my video player while it was in the bargain basement

anyway, ext. license allows purchased components to be included into templates sold on Envato mps
that’s stated here
Themeforest is not explicitly mentioned but authors are using CC components (ext. lic) in their templates
On AD wiki is stated that item bought under ext. license can be used “in a web template for sale”
To make story short, template authors can purchase and include other components in their own items sold on Envato.
