Accidentally Entered the Wrong Paypal Address.

So I got excited to get my first payout when I got the email and realized I had entered the wrong email. I quickly contacted support, but havent heard back from them yet. Does anyone know the steps its going to take to get this resolved?

I work with code all day long and a make a typo on the email address that gets me paid.. hhaha.

IN your paypal account you re able to enter more than one adress, enter in your paypal account and insert a new mail (the one you provide in the form) connected to you PP account.Should Work ?

The only issue is that i dont have that email address, it was a typo, i added an extra letter to it, so i have no way of confirming it.

You have two fields to confirm your email, did you actually wrote it twice?

Yeah, pretty ridiculous, lazy habit of copy and pasting confirmations.

my email is jason jasoncalleiro.com & the email says it was sent to jason jasoncallleiro.com

I have same habit like you but I try not to copy and paste in this case. Also I’ll withdraw my all earning from 1st day every month and I’ll cancel the withdraw and did it again 2 or 3 times. I’m afraid if someone hacked my account and cancelled and change the email.

I use the Chrome Autofill feature. – chrome://settings/autofill

I guess this is a time when you can say “I’m glad I’m not a top author”.

You know, because it’d be a lot more money at stake.
