Got in touch with paypal, they said envato needs to cancel the unclaimed transfer. Lets see what envato says now. Hopefully this doesn’t turn into a long drawn out process, was so excited to get my first earnings.

I guess this is a time when you can say “I’m glad I’m not a top author”. You know, because it’d be a lot more money at stake.
That is for damn sure!

Hey itsasquare!
I just assigned the ticket you submitted to support to our finance team asking them to update the payout address
They may contact you asking for more info, but shouldn’t be a prob

i would use a catch all email as well. that way you just get a email asking to claim the money.
Hi,
First apologise myself for reopening this thread.
Recently I had a problem in which my PayPal account got limited. So basically I’m not allowed to receive money from anywhere.
Unfortunately, I already requested a withdraw from ThemeForest to my PayPal address (which is now “blocked”).
The withdraw will be processed on April 15th 2012, however I can’t cancel it in order to provide a different PayPal addess or my bank account details.
Is there any chance Envato could cancel the withdraw BEFORE April 15? I’m scared of thinking that I will lose the money. :/
Best Regards, Eduardo

Would be awesome if the email sent after our withdrawl request included the actual email id. It would help those who have different email a/c’s for paypal .
e.g.: Hi Sherman, We’re just letting you know that we got your request to payout $xxxxx via paypal (email@email.com) to be processed on 15th April 2012 etc etc….
Hi Kind Dong,
First think I did. Any idea of how much time it would take to answer the ticket? I wouldn’t have any problems to wait 1 month, but in this case I have a deadline, so I would hope the support team could take care of this as soon as possible.
Thanks for the info btw.
Best Regards, Eduardo

Can’t say how long exactly. It is the long weekend, so things will be moving a little slower round these parts
