Advice on where I have gone wrong here please re: font

Hello, I thought i’d ask here before submitting a ticket because I dont want to be a pain in the rear, hopefully someone can advise me. This is my first submission btw.

I submitted an Illustrator file of a Vinatge Stitched Letter Effect graphic style. I included PNG ’s also of each letter. I did this in two fonts ‘Rockwell Extra Bold’ which I believe comes with illustrator and also a font from fontsquirrel.com called Sansita One.

This is the message I recieved today: Your item Stitch Effect Alphabet Vintage Style isn’t quite ready for GraphicRiver. This is the reason given by our item inspector:

Please use some default font or free font from http://ww.fontsquirrel.com/ to produce the demo and png files.

I am very happy it wasn’t an out and out rejection but a little unsure of which font is causing the issue. Sansita is from fontsquirrel which makes me think this is acceptable, so if I change out Rockwell bold for something like Chunchfive from fontsquirrel will I be good to go?

So after having another look around I see Rockwell Extra Bold and Sansita One being used in many files around the site so i’m even more confused. Anyone have any experience with this? I was in the middle of swapping out the Rockwell letter PNG ’s from my file but now i’m wondering if i’m wasting my time…or perhaps i’ll bite the bullet and submit a ticket, I just didn’t want to waste anyones time with something I should already know or can find out by myself.

Well I thought i’d update this even though it seems nobody’s reading lol, sniff sniff

I changed out Rockwell font and resubmitted.

Got an email just now saying it would be better suited to the illustrator add-on category. I could not see any way to change the category from the EDIT tab….so I started a new upload form, hope I did the right thing?
