Affilate Program with several requirements

Hi,

I want to start to work with activeden (also with other sister site, themeforest) affiliate. I am a programmer and want to start with some special tools, so want to know do these allowed for me: - I want to scraper all items to my site - everyday i will update listing in my site for new items - i will create similar design to activeden on my site (not exactly) - direct linking of some contents like SWF or music - items in my site would be redirected same item in your site with my reff id

So can you allow me these? i don`t think there are any illegal actions here.
