I have spent over 1 hour and 5 tries to post a request for help at your Kayako support site. It bounces me back to beginning. This is not a supportive system. I don’t know what else to do. I keep uploading my file for you to view. All I want to know how to do is disable the dissolves in a theme I bought for Keynote.
I do not understand the “Department categories” I’m required to select, see here (below): What do these mean???? I keep choosing one, after going through the entire ticket submission process, including uploading my file. Then it refuses to take my ticket info, and I have to start over at this screen:

Did you fill in the captcha?
I just had exactly the same problem – It kept rejecting me at the captcha stage. It’s weird because I did finally make it in and did nothing different – maybe a glitch?
I take it back – it just kicked me out again before it submitted – there is a problem me thinks.

I’ve just double tested the form at http://support.envato.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit and had no issues. In addition, support tickets are coming in regularly.
Just a note that you don’t need to register or do anything at all but fill out the form to submit a ticket, don’t forget the captcha at the bottom! 
@cytrevino Your ticket did make it through as I remember replying yesterday.
