There sure is in Bosnia. Sarajevo is stuck, literally whole Bosnia is blocked. 2m of snow made big problems and country is paralised. 5 people dead yesterday in Sarajevo because of this. How about rest of the world?

Wow! I’m in southern Canada and the weather has been very strange. It will snow a foot, then melt the next day. Then snow hard again, then melt. Right now, no snow at all and a sunny day!

So weird we have gotten one of the mildest winters in like a century here in the states. Only 1 or 2 snow storms all winter so far in chicago.
