Better ditch the mac version too and allow people to utilize chrome benifits.
Probably they want to gain Chromes excellance, which obviously requires minimizing resources spent on unwanted platforms. Better move if that is the case.

All Apple software is clunky and freaking slow on Windows. I won’t miss that shitty browser. I’ll probably test directly on my Mac. Though being anyway webkit based it won’t make any difference with Chrome which is fast and snappy.
Since window dominate the world, now you going to hear on TF lots of cry baby, your template is not working good on Safari, and our answer …we really don’t give a F*
.
Apple never do good things for windows …so what next you ask ? get ready for the doom day …Adobe will not develop any more for Mac platform ..that will be so much fun

jonathan01 saidI disagree with that part. iTunes is awesome on Windows, Quicktime also.
I’m an apple user but was a windows user for decades and I feel that I am experienced enough on both platforms to realize that Apple does not make the best windows applications.
hopefully you are being ironic. Itunes is number one on my top hated list of applications running on windows.

Those are my top two most hated applications on windows by far. Should be called Slowtime or HangmybrowserTime

Maybe they just realized that Safari has always been a crappy browser on Windows.
Maybe they’ve just realized that Windows has always been a crappy OS;)

SupremeThemes saidUhm, nope. Apples propaganda is clear. They build intentionally crappy software on Windows. I cannot believe your statement as Chrome runs light years better.

Regardless, IE10 is lightning fast and only Chrome comes anywhere near IE10 speed. So if Microsoft and Google can figure out how to make an awesome browser for Windows, Apple should be able to as well

I disagree with that part. iTunes is awful on Windows, it’s SO heavy and bloated.
Back to the topic…
I never use it on Windows, only for testing for the odd person that uses it on Windows but since it’s webkit based Chrome will be pretty similar and i’ve got an MBP to test it in Safari on OSX anyway…
Once less browser to test, no skin off my teeth
