That’s not unrealistic, that’s crazy .. One can be saddened by the fact one lost an arm, but at the same time grateful for still having the other one.. A very odd example, but I just went with whatever you wrote

It will not happen exactly atleast when one hand is being cut (when the process is “going on”). Life is full of overlap of such events along with medium / high feeling events. The physical pain can’t be avoided. It is and we are going through it. Last week I had tooth pain and tried all kind of mental tricks but what I can’t achieve with “mind paint” is same productivity/ease when the tooth was normal.

However I agree that “constant complaint” is the freaking thing that can ruin ones entire life. Still it should be solved with honest ways, not shortcuts like “positive tablets”

Considering I’ve gone through a break-up only 2 days ago, I wouldn’t say I’m happy. But I’m keeping my head up high, focusing on the positive aspects of my life right now and going about my daily routine and putting my time and energy into work.

Lately I had alot of thoughts about hapiness and how one can achieve it. The true is that bad things happen and there is nothing you can do about it. It is something very relative, you can have money and all the material things you ever wanted but there will always be something keeping you unsatisfied and you have to deal with it positively
