Hi Authors,
What would you like to see in an email support ticketing system for emails received via your marketplace profile page?
Here is an example mockup of a ticketing system idea:

Basically if an email is sent via your den, it goes in here, the system picks up their envato username and purchase history, and sends them a (configurable) auto responder. The auto responder includes a link so they can view their support ticket online, along with an estimated time of reply, and their current position in the support queue.
Thoughts / ideas / requests for features ?
Do you currently use a support email ticketing system? Is it any good / does it lack a certain feature?
(mods if you feel this is inappropriate feel free to ditch it)

I was thinking about this one, but couldn’t find what to try :)) but i didn’t spend much time googling it.

I don’t really have any support issues, I suppose a simple psd template isn’t as hard to get to work as a complex theme which or piece of code that requires installing, however, I do think it is a great idea & product

I could wack an “auto-answer-that-question” thing with a FAQ into a paid version, could get a bit tricky.
Yep I’ll be doing a beta, and hopefully release a basic version for free on the forums if envato lets me.
edit: demo disabled while i work on it more this week.
Just to make this clear to me, will there be a standalone email support tool / service, with free and paid plans from you, besides your “WordPress Email Ticket Support Plugin”? Or did I get something wrong, and there’s “only” the (excellent) wp plugin?
