GoodLayers saidwe don’t do any custom work or custom additions at all, even if they offer to pay. we refer users to “In order to do this custom adjustment please contact a web design agency, post a question on the ThemeForest forums or post a job request on Envatos job board here: http://jobs.freelanceswitch.com/".
Do you guys help customer tweaking the css?
out of curiousity, why not take on the freelance work as well?

If it’s a small edit then yes, I do.
Something along the lines of ‘open style.css and go to line 123. Replace this with that.’, or ‘change font family here’ or ‘colors can be edited like so…’
Anything that is over this (like customers wanting to alter layouts) is kindly suggested to hire a freelancer.

I would love to, enjoy doing new project, just way too busy with other work
yep I suppose if it’s a small css tweak eg they’re asking how to change the size/padding of something I tell them where in the css file,

Yes we do, but only if we know it out of the top of our heads. We tell them how to do simple css tweaks, or how to remove elements. Stuff like that. If it’s something major we point them in the right direction, like open this file and look at that area, but that’s it.
We don’t take on customization jobs because the projects are too small, and we’re busy making new themes and launching our own services

You guys might create a tutorial like this > http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cnWL2d9bGPk&feature=plcp
It should help customers to tweak it css themselves(for one who don’t know css).
But if it’s a big task, yep, I refer to freelancers as well.
