Being Featured

I was wondering the other day—whats the criteria for getting featured on this site. How does an author get a weekly feature? If anyone knows, please let me know.

As I know, weekly featured is selected by Reviewer, like Featured Items

What does that mean exactly? If a reviewer likes your item they recently looked at then your portfolio will be featured? Not seeing the information on the site, so i am wondering if there is a system.

After they already review an items, usually they make prediction or a list, which Items should be Featured. They look from the unique design, creative design, color choice, font choice, and many more they have special criteria.

And for the Featured Authors, sometimes they look on the Authors Portfolio (but I’m not 100% sure) or if they often review with same author in each week, each month, with unique design when Reviewer review their items, It should be Featured, or Authors have unique or new category for the Market.
