Items can only be in one bundle, but if you made a bundle with say 3 items, them you wanted to make a bundle with 6 items and it had a common item in it you would need to delete the first bundle!
I wish you could, as i have business card bundles 3 of them i would like to have a massive budle with all 3 set it, but form Envatos point of view it is just duplicate content which will make the site more bloated.
