I would like to point out that since not all of authors live in USA , we need guidelines for proper file setup (ink type, split etc), printing profiles differ between regions. This was a source of confusion, for me personally, can this information be added to Wiki? Thanks!

Another nice detail would be to include sizes in centimeters / millimeters.
