You can’t expect for a developer to make the script for you before even hiring him, none the less, you must set the price with your developer first, tell him exactly what kind of ‘calculator’ you need, and stuff like that.

No, but seriously, that’s not how this marketplace works. If you’d ask for something easier to do, or that at least doesn’t require so much time, as a basic graphic, I think you might have found someone willing to submit it (again, with a quite liberal time-frame) but this… not so much.
