its a nice idea but there are some serious design flaws..

First off, the space between the arms of the cut out are still white, instead of the pink background

Second, the splash design behind the words is much to flat, it should actually resemble a water l;ike consistency with nice lighting effects, the same goes for the letters/font, they need more 3d ish effects.

Thrid, the flash/flares on the disco balls should be real light flares instead of with staines, there are many tutorials on creating nice flares and you can also use the standard flare effect in photoshop.
