Hi, i am trying to submit a ticket to the Support Centre and it won’t accept my submission for the captcha code which is clear and simple. I have tried with spaces and without spaces on codes about ten times. Are tickets not being accepted at the moment?

Hello Joiaco! True, tickets may be on a hold, however, why don’t you tweet support #envato_support and let them know that you are unable to send in a ticket, tweets work wayyyy faster in terms of getting a response.

From my experience, you can omit the special characters (comma etc), type only alphanumeric ones.
Sometimes I see math symbols like 10 power minus 2 and I assume this going to be very difficult for some users to decide; what to omit and what should not be!
Sorry, just realized you are talking about different captcha used on support area which is plain simple, so probably new tickets on hold?

On the login page the captcha didn’t appear until I clicked the sign in button, anyone experiencing this?, I just noticed this changes couple days or a week ago.
