[Cat Authors] Best kind of cat?

I have no pets – I had 2 dogs for 15 years, several mice for a few years, and a rabbit for a long time. All of them died, sadly, so now I’m petless. I’m into small animals as my dogs were chihuahuas. Assuming cats have different breeds like dogs, what’s the best kind? I’m looking for a cat that will keep me entertained while I’m working, and to live indoors.

I’ve recently found a likening for cats even though I’ve always hated them because when I was really little I was at my grandma’s house eating the best cookie I’ve ever had and the cat nipped it from me.

I’ll consider, but I’m looking for a really fuzzy friendly fellow.

I highly suggest you consider Tonkinese cats. I currently have one and he is so good natured, and has lovely markings. He’s always been an indoor cat – as long as you don’t allow your cat to go outside unless in a crate/on a cat lead, then you shouldn’t have a problem with that.
