complexity problem in logo

Reviewer usually reply with when we send logo for review that:

The illustration is fairly complex, consider ways to scale and simplify the illustration to create a more balanced design and upload the strongest concept.

Shouldn’t they tell that what thing is complex in symbol we are submitting as it may help for quicker modification. I used to make lot of modification and get same answer always.

Some times reviewer also not check the file carefully and reply :

This is a resubmission of a previously rejected submission. Resubmitting without making the required changes or any improvements is not considered acceptable use of the Envato marketplaces and repeated attempts may result in a temporary or permanent suspension of authorship.

It really irritate as files were updated but reviewer is not carefully checking it.

Sometimes they don’t have time to go in details and tell you what exactly needs fixing. They’re reviewing too many files daily . I also think that, if you did update the item, just contact the support and discuss this.
