Is there some sort of bug in the queue because 30 min ago, it said my item was 2nd out of 104 on GraphicRiver and now it says it is 2nd out of 99 on Graphicriver??

Maybe the 5 files where from a different category.That would explain your problem.

As NechitaPaulFlavius mentioned the queue is split between categories. That’s why you get 2 numbers, one is for the “approximate position” within the whole marketplace queue, the other is the actual position within each and every category-queue. I’ve had an item stuck at 4 while the queue on top dropped by 60, then the item was held for review for 4 further days, and later rejected, so don’t worry, be happy
