Copyright of logo from other store.

Hi, I am new in GR. I have selling my logo design in other market place, and i am now just get started selling my design here. I just saw some one directly copy my logo design from other place and upload into GR for sell, the item just added by her only. Can i report her?

You can contact the Author at first, if you have a good heart and explain the situation. The author would delete this item for sure.

What EladChai says will be the right attitude. I replied in much haste which I regret now and I also apologize for that. It is possible that the author might not have really meant to infringe the copyright since this is in fact a small world and incidents like these do take place many times without any ill intentions.

Hi friends, I understand what you means. If she copied my design with change its colour and treatment, then I will be not that angry. But the case was she just copied 100% from my design and used as her selling item. I will try to contact the author, hope I am only the victim and hope she won’t copy any other people design 100% directly. Thanks for all your replied..

Thanks for your advice and I had contact the author last 2 days and she immediately removed the item. Btw, just saw her copied other designer work to use as her own item for sale. Good luck for her then.. .“
