Creating the display image assistance

Hi, have just finished my first designs for submission for some Illustrator artwork and I wondered if anyone could point me in the right direction to create the product images like the one shown here: http://graphicriver.net/item/lobster-proposal-template-full-pack/2668088?WT.ac=category_thumb&WT.seg_1=category_thumb&WT.z_author=tootsboo

It shows the print artwork from an angle perspective. I have Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator CS4 just wondering where to start looking on how to do it. I had a play with the Effect > 3D > Rotate but couldn’t replicate it.

I found it in Photoshop Edit > Transform > Rotate

Hmm, I couldn’t get it to work quite right. Any advice appreciated
