Custom Monopoly Money Request..

Aloha all.. I require someone who knows what they’re doing in PS, seeing i don’t.. Hopefully a quick and easy job.. I’m after something similar to this:

The top and bottom bars with the highlight, a lighter shade of color in the middle which is transparent ( So can see background image I use ).. Also the 1’s in the corners and the ” 1 Gold ” in the same kind of look, color etc.. But around 8” x 4”.. Will pay for the .psd.. Let me know if interested and able to do this, plus cost.. Thanx..
