Got a very harsh post on my wall earlier about not having the psd background file for an item in my portfolio. Really made be sad. Not sure if it will now be a turn off for prospective buyers.

Really wish the buyer had sent me an email requesting the background as I would have been more than happy to send it through. As I want to ensure my customers get value for their money.

Trying to send the psd directly to the customer but not seeing an email address for them. Want to make sure I do everything to ensure he/she is satisfied.

Any idea how I can get the email address for a buyer on Graphic River????

Please let me know.
