Hi Guys,

Anyone knows the variable (if any) to send a discount amount to paypal when checking out of a paypal cart?

I could trick it in the AS, but I’d like it to appear on the paypal page.

Cheers!

Is that even possible at all? If so, and you find out how it works, please share :D

I don’t think it is possible. You can obviously deduct the amount in flash, but It doesn’t look like paypal has that var :( Too bad, it would look more professional to have it displayed on the paypal page.

I guess you could still display it under an item using the “on0_ x” var, but what I’m doing is a fixed discount for the whole cart, so that won’t look too good.

Well, you could add an item (if its for a store) that says “Discount x%”, and has a price equal to the discount. Thats how I did it at the store I made a while ago. It doesnt looks really pro, but hey, it works :)
