The weakness of the system could be the fact that the database that contains the emails of DMCA responsibles (infringing Notice recipients) may become obsolete … so I added an auto-learning cycle: if a file is published on an unknown url the system asks the user to search the email administrator of that site, and once email is sent data is copied into database for future use.
In this way a community of users could keep updated without effort…

man in [that site] i just find like 5% of the links i found using google, will this mean just 5% of effectiveness?

In addition, do not forget that many of the links you find on Google lead to pages that contain always the same links from “those sites”, so I think that current efficiency is around 50%
but I’m going to do everything to improve it!
