Hey Guys,
First time poster – love the site, but I bought a resume template and tried opening it with CS5 and Photoshop says that the file isn’t “the right kind of document”.
Am I missing something, or is there something wrong on my end of things? I’m hoping to polish up my resume tonight – but for the past 2 hours I’ve been struggling just to get things rolling.
If anybody could please help me out it’d be greatly appreciated
Look at the Product and see what is the Minimum Adobe CS Version. or contact the author on their profile page.
Are you sure there is not a .psd file in the file? If not you should contact the author, and have them send you a .psd because a .DS_Store file probably won’t work with photoshop.
Thanks for the quick reply. Minimum says CS3 http://graphicriver.net/item/clean-resumecv/222797
I guess I’m confused just because this is my first time ever downloading from here – and it seems the file I liked turned out to be a dud.
I see the problem
It is an indesign template. Are you sure that can be opened with photoshop? I have not worked with indesign before, but it’s not a psd from what I can tell.
GREAT EYE ! – I don’t have indesign loaded on my computer but I guess Ill try doing the 30 trial just so I can knock out this resume once and for all
.
haha awesome!
That should do it mike. Best of luck!
