Hey everyone. We don’t generally promote blog postings in this category; however, I’m making an exception in this case. Just today, Drew Douglass posted an extensive tutorial that details how to work with Envato’s API .
If interested, I highly recommend you review it. Better yet, show us what you come up with!
Thats great! I think I will develope a little application with help of the envato API ! Thanks Jeff ;D

Sweet, thanks for the mention Jeffrey! I hope people find it useful, the real credit should go to the developers, they have put together a very easy to use and flexible API
I will probably be making some changes and adding more features to it if people like it enough, I’ll be sure to start or update this thread if I do so.
i have ported the api over to codeigniter (it can be used as a regular php class also). all the functionality is there and ill try to keep it updated as best as i can.

+1
+1 Comments in API
If the dev team is forever swamped, at least we could build our own tools. Read/write comments is way more useful than the rest of the API for authors.

@dtbaker is your scraper logged in while getting comments? I tried writing comments via cURL but can’t get around captcha to login my fake HTTP client
