Error on upload ('405 Not allowed nginx')

Really frustrating as I am getting an error when i try to submit my files. I’ve attached them through the user interface, ftp’d them, filled in all fields correctly and i get a ‘405 Not allowed nginx’ message come up, never seen this before, any help would be greatly appreciated.

also used different computers and browsers, still getting the issue.

HI,

I got to the bottom of it, my screenshots in my screenshots.zip folder were the issue. They were around 2000pixels wide so made them 900px and bingo, everything uploaded fine.

This is also happen to me a few time ago, that’s Ok, you will see Currently upload on your Author Dashboard, all your file has been uploaded successfully.

If not, you should contact support team, and send ID Ticket via Envato Support Twitter for fast respond

Same issue happanng to me today at videohive. I did 2 attempts to sumbit and reseived 405 error.

i have the same problem and i have tried everything but it i still get the 405 error page. I have send multiple times a ticket for support but none of them where replied back.

Is there a reason why the error page comes up ?

Same problem here, it’s driving me crazy. It’s so “wonderful” to work hard on a template and then to be slammed down by this stupid error!

Maybe a solution that worked for me. Try to make your preview .zip file smaller, maybe decreas the sizes of the preview files
