I have just receive an email from Envato team said that:

“I understand that you have full licenses for all the content both within the file download and the item preview. Could you please provide evidence that you have indeed licensed the content, particularly the images.”

I have subcribed on Shutterstock and bought all images from and use it in my preview, so how do i provide evidence ?

1) First of all I would ask support what exactly they would like to see.

2) surely your credit card bills will reflect Shutterstock subscription and you will get confirmation e-mails? These confirmation e-mails will be in your name so they should prove your subscription.

3) Do you get a confirmation e-mail whenever you download items from shutterstock?

4) I see you have a standard license subscription. This will only do for the preview images. For those included in the download you would need an extended licence.

5) all my downloads here at GR also include a link to a “license certificate”. is there not something similar at Shutterstock?

Let us know how this goes.

Cheers

1) I asked but they haven’t replied yet

2) Im not able to get this confirmation emails, this credit card and email register belong to my last company (company account and company email, i have return all when i left).

3) No, but there are download history in account

4) I only use image in preview image

5) Im not sure what you mean, but for now my account has been exprired. I can only show subcribe history, or download history, ~8000 images in history will take me a lot of time to find 3 images, there is no search in download history of Shutterstock. I wonder what happen if have 10 people claim my design like this…

On having a look at your items, I notice that you offer the “stock photos” in your main download too. Which is where the problem is. I am not sure a “STANDARD LICENSE ” permits that.

For selling you need licence for redistribution and reselling, not only commerical free licence. Commercial free can be used in preview only, right?
