Facebook Fanpage Templates

I need 10 different facebook fanpage psd templates created.

The first 8 I want to be very similar to these as far as the setups:

All 10 templates will end up being coded (if you also code, great!).

Design however you see fit..I just neat it very nice, clean and modern.

Timeframe: 1 – 2 weeks. The sooner, the better.
