File update turn around

I was wondering what is the turn around on getting files updated. It seems like an effort in futility.

I have a file I’ve been trying to get updated for nearly the past month, its still the old file.

I also have a template up that doesent work correctly, therefore doesent sell. I’ve uploaded the complete file, sent emails, no response.

Is anyone else having this problem or is just me? I know Flash Den is short staffed but shoulden’t updating a file be a priority.

It depends where you sent the email. If you sent it to support, it might take a while before your request can be processed.

I have 3 files to update, I’m gonna send them to you bobocel. They might have to come in a few emails as I can only send up to 10 megs.

I’m going to zip everything, include a thumbnail and a link to the file on Flash Den.

Am I missing anything?
