I didnt espect another hard reject. Is it so bad?

It’s not as bad as you think it is actually.
- Work on typography, font choices, spacing, positioning.
- Work on different color combinations, see which one fits best.
- Do some final touches into it, add some more effects in there, and make it stand out.
Good luck again.

I would also drop the transparent effect and play more with PS’s blending options. Try making the model bigger as well, there’s a void in the center that you could be doing without.
Thank you. I will work on it

I would suggest…
Making the Typography stand out more, right now, it blends too well with the texture which isn’t such a good thing.
Since the model will not be included, would a buyer be able to achieve the same effect (vintage, grunge) by placing his photo beneath a layer or something?? or does the buyer have to actually tone the image to match the colors and feel you currently have??

Thank you for your suggest. Actually the photo can be replaced and get same effect (vintage, grunge), yes.
