Frames for iphon chat application

Dears All,

I am was looking for a designer who can design frames for me. And I think am in the right place here = )

The idea of the frames is that it will be used in my iphone application (when I take a picture of someone, I can use one of these frames as a mask of the picture and post it somewhere)

I was wondering if you can do such frames, up to 100 frames. And if yes, can u tell me how much would that cost ? and what is the timeframe for designing these numbers of frames ??
