The overall aesthetics of the design could be improved with a font that’s better suited to the concept and refining the shape of the image.so, i would kindly ask you to help me figure out how to improve the design and what font style should i use to refine the design, Thanks in advanceThe design needs further refinements to the layout and balance of the design.

Pick a more rounded font. In my opinion a logo brand name should be in capital letters. Maybe change the brand name to GEEK /S and add a nice slogan under it.
About the shape, his nose is a bit funny(a dot), change that to a more realistic nose. Maybe make the face structure thiner.

Btw, is this filer a vector? if so, convert it to an AI file instead of PSD .

Looks a bit too fat for my stereotype of a geek. I would make it with more cornered face and rectangle glasses. Or you can make 2 types.

i like the illustration..but the font is not suitable i think

The thing is, that i like the idea of it but its not well executed, i like the illustration though its needs something more or rather, something less..
Change the font and also the preview image is rather simple, add more depth and realism to it, realistic business card etc. just look to other entries on GR that are for sale, preview image is important because people will probably use the logo somewhere else than on the preview but its needs to be appealing.
