I really don’t like to compare myself to anyone, as it will only make you (me) start creating items that incorporates a “matching or similar” style. Each Author is unique and I draw inspiration from many authors. I particularly like – Charles Brown, Luke Beck, YD Labs, Muchagatriyan, Kapacyko, Scarab and many many many more.

Sorry Sherman Jackson was not talking about creating “similar” items, i was talking about seeing how an author sale, and an what can i do to sale (being unique) because GR only approve “unique” items…

Comparation is good to generate some bestselling ideas. Also it keeps you away from mistakes it is useful. But just in cases when you want to do “something” fast for today. But not when you had planned in details your portfolio already. For example We had planned all items a year ago and of course would not compare or something about that. :)

Not comparing myself to anyone. Of course I have looked into other members, and see what items sell good, how they got that many sales and such. But that’s about it!

You are a very successful author and an honest man. I know that someday, you will make a great impact here on GR and many will idolize you. Best of luck Sherman.
