Hello everybody,
I’m having a real problem here. I’ve uploaded 2 items of which the first got approved and I got the confirmation e-mail, but when I clicked the link to the item in the e-mail it said “page not found” I searched alot and I can’t find it !
I contacted the support about that 2 days ago and I didn’t receive any reply so I thought to post my problem here.
As for the second item, I didn’t get a confirmation e-mail for it or anything. It was just the upload status which is gone by now and I can’t find my items anywhere.
Here is a quote from the e-mail I received for my first item:
“Congratulations, your item Website Underconstruction Image Template has been approved for sale on the Envato Marketplaces. You can view it online here:
http://graphicriver.net/item/website-underconstruction-image-template/153040

Hi Lazertrax. That seems strange. What you should do is contact support again (I would wait a little for the first ticket to be answered).
And if you have twitter you can contact them through twitter. If they are online they answer you right away.
Thanks for your reply hansv. I’ve contacted the support 3 days ago and still no reply…so I sent another one now with the first ticket ID.. I hope they reply soon because this is really annoying..
My second item now is gone with no confirmation e-mail…and I can’t find any of my items anywhere on the site.
I wonder why this is happening…

I believe the reviewer had accidentally pressed the approve button instead of reject and then he made the correction and rejected it, but you received the email saying it was approved.

Hey there,
You should have received an email that should have let you know that the item has been disabled and I also provided information ion that email. This was a small mistake I have done while reviewing your item and approved it by mistake.
Not sure why you did not received that email.
Although the idea for the item os interesting unfortunately it needs more work. If you would like more information about the rejected item please let me know and I will come back to you to help you out on the matter.
Again I am sorry for the confusion. 
Thanks for the reply, now I know why my first item isn’t displayed.. but what about the second item ? It just disappeared from the queue with no confirmation or denial e-mail.
Sir ConstantinPotorac, yes I’d like more information about the rejected item and how to make it better.. and please also an update about the status of the other item
