How do you handle customer support and do you think there is a better way?

Hi guys from all marketplaces.

My name is Paz and I’m an author here as well. I’d like to conduct a small research on how people handle their customer support online.

Fixed that question. Any you can submit an empty form because everything is optional. Thanks!
